Location was great, we stayed for easy access to the NEC which is 7 miles away.
The hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment and of the standard of refurbishment looks very good in the room that we took a sneak view of.
Our room had not been refurbished but was more than acceptable and the price was competitive.
The selection of food on the menu was extensive for breakfast and evening meal. The breakfasts and evening meals we ordered were excellent, well presented and competitive.
The biggest impression for us was the staff, from checkin, restaurant, housekeeping and maintenance were genuinely friendly and very helpful which made our stay very enjoyable. They are a great asset to the hotel.
