Very friendly, helpful staff... and always smiling - which makes a huge difference! Clean & comfortable room. Good food. 10/10: No complaints about anything.
Just watch out for the very misleading troll accounts that are trying to gain top spot on Google when searching for your hotel - particularly guestreservations.com, who stick your name directly after the https:// bit... i.e. https://TheJacobeanHotel.guestreservations.com/... they are opportunists who tried to charge me >£300 for your room. The URL is extremely misleading - plus they currently have the top spot on Bing, and no.2 on Google. Booking.com don't try to pass-off as you, and are generally on the No.1 slot.
