The rooms were clean comfortable and quiet. The bar and restaurant with garden was an added bonus

The bed was the most comfortable bed in a hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Lovely staff. Great food. Very handy for the bus into the City Centre,

There were no negatives at all about property or location. My husband left his walking stick in Room 19.

The beer garden and outside area was good

Bar person said someone outside seems to taking photos z the staff probably should asked them what there doing rather than worry customers

We have stayed at the Jacobean several tines and find it and the staff excellent. A variation of rooms and facilities but always very good. My only advice for this particular room (29) would be to turn the shower/toilet into a wet room to open it up instead of the shower curtain.

New updated WiFi big improvement. Newly done room was big and nice.
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
Bathroom could do with a blind as only frosted glass and although it’s in the rafters people looking up could see someone in there. Recommend beds pulled away from wall and cleaned behind. This seems quite a new decorated room but you can see behind the bed and you can see builders debris’s/dust and heavy dust/cobwebs behind the bed.

Large car park. Lovely, well appointed room with plenty of storage. Very comfy bed. Friendly staff, good food choices and good value for money.

Disturbed sleep from noisy refuse collection at very early hour.

Room was very clean and well furnished. Breakfast was well cooked and there was plenty of choice to set you up for the day. All the staff were friendly.

The only reason I have deducted 1 star is because the particular room we had was open to the toilet with a clear view to/from some areas of the main bedroom when you were using it - much prefer a door on a toilet!

Nice Clean Room. Staff friendly and helpful. Food good quality and lovely breakfast choice which is not self serve buffet but ordered as required. Wifi down stairs is ok,

When i have stayed upstairs the wifi can be patchy and tv freezes all the time as wifi driven with freely tv

Room was clean, staff were friendly; the lady serving in the bar was extremely accommodating.

Great location, plenty of parking. Secure system for coming and going.

Glasses in the room would be good. Also a do not clean sign as we did not need towels changing for two night stay. Maybe a few extra tea options in the room.

All very good. Room very comfortable and spotless, clean towels every day, lashings of hot water very comfortable bed. Great location for visiting places either in Coventry or surrounding places. Breakfast superb and the Lady serving it is so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning.

Not a complaint, but the king size deluxe bedroom would benefit from two comfy seats.

The room. was very comfortable, warm and clean. Parking facilities were great and the location was perfect for us.

The person staying in the room next door, whom we think w as there for the same 2 nights as us, left their TV on all night and we could hear it on both nights! The WiFi connection was very poor. There choice of TV channels was very poor.
