Location is ideal for accessing the city and the motorway network. Free car park. Room had comfortable bed and good facilities, slightly dated but clean and comfortable. Food is very good. Had a bar meal and cooked breakfast, both very well done. The hotel staff are friendly. Good value for money. Would stay again.

lovely check in process, friendly and professional staff. Rooms were superb, and recently renovated. Free and ample parking. Love staying here and will retunn

The staff were fabulous, very friendly, helpful and made the stay.

Our room was slightly tired decor wise. It did not affect our stay, but provides a more utilitarian feel to the stay.

A very brief stay. We have stayed many times before. Room was good. Noise from the bar did not over disturb us as we went out.

Everything accessible eg hair dryer, kettle, spacious room, excellent shower, helpful staff.

Lamp by window not working, light in bathroom mirror not working, remote control sticky and dusty.

Nice and quiet lots of hot water room offered all that I required.

Excellent location, all the staff are really friendly and helpful. Fantastic food! Wifi in my room was strong.

The room I stayed in (38) needs a bit of TLC. But, I do fully understand the hotel is under new management and this will be sorted out soon. Water pressure in the shower wasn't so good. (I'm still looking forward to staying again!)
