What a place, great staff, and one of the best rooms I have stayed in, with a beautiful bath, and that Irish fry up, ruddy amazing.
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
At a push...the pillows (will bring my own) not great, and the room was very warm/stuffy, shame you cannot turn off the radiator, however I am glad there was a window to open.

Very friendly, helpful staff... and always smiling - which makes a huge difference! Clean & comfortable room. Good food. 10/10: No complaints about anything. Just watch out for the very misleading troll accounts that are trying to gain top spot on Google when searching for your hotel - particularly guestreservations.com, who stick your name directly after the https:// bit... i.e. https://TheJacobeanHotel.guestreservations.com/... they are opportunists who tried to charge me >£300 for your room. The URL is extremely misleading - plus they currently have the top spot on Bing, and no.2 on Google. Booking.com don't try to pass-off as you, and are generally on the No.1 slot. Anyhows, thanks for looking after us and the Semtech guys. All the best.

I like that it’s one of the cheapest hotels closest to the NEC, and it’s quite a cosy vibe
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
WiFi was bad, had to use data, plus the shower wasn’t the best as the water went onto the bathroom floor a lot

The staff were amazing start to finish, thank you for accommodating me an my beautiful dog for our showing at Crufts. I was advised that you may not be allowing dogs anymore which is a shame as I would love to book back in for next year if this isn't the case.

The service and staff were excellent and very friendly, The venue was very easy to get to and in a lovely setting. Clean and full of character. The live music on the Sunday evening and atmosphere were also excellent.

I have stayed with you over a number of years and have always been given room 18. The refurbishment of this room is stunning! As is the resurfaced car park. I like the introduction of the key fob and found everything else to the hotel's usual high standard. Thank you

Lovely room and excellent food. Great staff, especially in the restaurant.

Hotel guests do not feel prioritised for eating, a busy bar seemed the focus.

In an ideal position. Room was excellent. Bar and restaurant areas were very nice. Very clean. I have stayed here before and can honestly say on each return visit I have never been disappointed. Would definitely recommend. Value for money.

Phone signal was poor but it was not a big issue.

I was very pleased with the standard of the room decoration. The staff where very helpful and attentive at all times.

I could not find any thing I did not like about the hotel. I would recommend it any body who asks, and I would certainly stay again if I need a hotel in Coventry.

The newly refurbished room was beautiful and the breakfast was very nice.

The TV kept glitching, I presume a wifi issue and there was a light shining through our bedroom window all night.

The place has a homely feel, very different to the chain hotels. They are clearly making a huge effort to refurbish the rooms to great effect.

Stayed here many times while visiting a relative in the area. Everything was good, room was dated but clean and adequate for us . Food was very good. Staff extremely friendly.

Nothing. Everything was fine.
