What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
Didn't like that the TV in room 14 wasn't set up, it seemed it as it was a brand new TV as it requested my email or phone , as a matter of data protection I withheld these , unable to use it , as didn't want my details available to guests that follow. I know its built in as protection to ensure a TV licence is held but the hotels details should be fed into the smart TV and guests press the guest override for viewing.
